Grand Prairie is a suburb located in the Mid Cities area of the DFW metroplex. This city spans into Dallas, Tarrant, and Ellis counties and borders Mountain Creek Lake. This city is just a short drive in either direction from the Dallas Zoo or the Forth Worth Zoo.
