Grand Prairie is a suburb located in the Mid Cities area of the DFW metroplex. This city spans into Dallas, Tarrant, and Ellis counties and borders Mountain Creek Lake. This is a city with a diverse population and vastly different lifestyles based on which side of the city you live in. Grand Prairie borders the nearby cities of Euless and Irving to the north, Arlington and Mansfield to the west, Oak Cliff, Duncanville and Cedar Hill to the east. This is a very convenient city as it lies along the 360, 30, 20, 161 and 183 corridor of the DFW metroplex and is only a short drive away from many of the major roads needed to get just about anywhere quickly.

There is always a lot to do in the Grand Prairie area, including Lone Star park which is the main Horse racing tracks in DFW. You can also enjoy the nightlife and dining just to the east in the Bishop Arts district or North along 360 to the Grapevine area. Amusement parks and sporting events are just a few miles drive to the west in Arlington right along I-30. Visit six flags to ride roller coasters, enjoy Hurricane Harbor for a bit of summer water park fun, watch a baseball game at Globe Life stadium or even watch the Cowboys play at AT&T Stadium. This city is just a short drive in either direction from the Dallas Zoo or the Forth Worth Zoo.

Enjoy great shopping a the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets which is located along I-20 near Arlington. This location has outlet stores from many major national brands and is a major shopping attraction in the greater metroplex area.
Grand Prairie is a great location due to its convenience, amenities, and diverse cultural environment. You are never a far drive from just about anything here, even the airport which makes it a great place to live for families and single professionals.
