The Village is a neighborhood in North East Dallas located off of Northwest Highway (Loop 12) and just east of route 75, a few miles south of LBJ Freeway. This area is made up of upscale living apartment communities, a mall catering those of a higher than average income bracket, book stores, coffee shops, and trendy dining. This neighborhood is located at the heart of the North East Dallas office district and is an area built entirely around convenience. The Village has a lot to offer a resident within just a mile or two of their home and is situated in a central location to some of the greatest venues Dallas has to offer. This neighborhood is located at the southern tip of the DFW technology corridor and provides easy access to the Richardson, Plano, Allen, and McKinney areas while being just a short trip from downtown.

There are few neighborhoods in Dallas that compare to the Village, the apartment communities in this area are prized as some of the nicest in the metroplex. You only need to drive around the corner from your apartment to reach the luxurious North Park Center shopping mall, arguably the most upscale mall in the DFW area. The atmosphere in The Village Is like none other in DFW and opportunity is plentiful.
