Champions largely known as Champions Forest is a beautiful and upscale master planned neighborhood on the north side of Houston just southwest of Spring and west of I-45. This area has been growing for decades and has been a center for upscale living in the Houston area for many years. Beltway 8 can be easily accessed to the south of the area, highway 249 is located to the east, and FM 1960 runs through the Champions area. The location is convenient to places such as Downtown Houston or to the Galleria area while being far enough north to offer an ambiance all of its own. This neighborhood is ideal for those who can appreciate fine foods, beautiful tree lined neighborhoods with high profile homes, and luxurious shopping.

This is a family friendly neighborhood with a lot to offer in the immediate and nearby areas. The apartment and town home communities in the neighborhood are equipped with outstanding amenities and the neighborhood in general is known to have some of the finest amenities in the Houston area.

The Champions area is mostly served by the Klein Independent School District, especially directly within the Champions Forest area. Higher education can be found at Lone Star College just on the west side of 249.

The area is a little over 30 minutes from Downtown Houston and the Galleria, just 20 minutes from Spring, around 30 minutes from the Energy Corridor, about 45 minutes from Hobby Airport, an hour from League City and less than an hour and a half from Galveston. Overall the Champions area is nestled in its own corner of the Houston-Spring area and has a lot to offer while being just secluded enough to have a culture all of its own. Champions is a great place to consider when moving to the greater Houston-The Woodlands-Sugarland Area.
