Ranch to Market 620 is a roadway that passes begins at the western end of state highway 45 and runs through the Cedar Park and Anderson Mill areas. After it passes through those areas it continues east around Lake Travis and crosses the Colorado river only to end at Highway 71 at Bee Cave. Residents who choose to live on the southwestern end of Ranch to Market 620 near the Bee Cave area will often have more convenient access to inner city Austin than those living along the central portions.
